Maternal Health on International Women's Day 100th Anniversary

Maternal health is in focus today as we mark the 100th Anniversary of International Women's Day.
International Women's Day celebrates the political, economic and social achievements of women all over the world throughout history. This special ocassion was first celebrated on 8th March 1911. Today is an opportunity to take stock of progress made and gather support for progress yet to come.
