Extended verbal autopsy in Burkina Faso & Indonesia

A recently published article in the journal Social Science & Medicine details how the authors extended the established verbal autopsy (VA) method to investigate socio-cultural factors relevant to the deaths of women during pregnancy, childbirth or the postpartum period in rural districts in Indonesia and Burkina Faso.
